Fishes are always known as ‘intelligent’ foods because many brilliant people like to eat fishes. So, a lot of parents tell their children that by eating fish, you will become cleverer. How true is that?
Try out yourself!
Well, fish indeed is a very good food for human. Fish fats are especially good for human health. The proteins, vitamins and minerals from fish are a valuable parts of our diet.
My cooking mates have always liked to prepare baked fish. The dish is so simple and also very delicious. First of all, you need a fish without bones, olive oil, lemon, parsley, garlics, onions, salt and pepper.
Prepare a oven-able pan.
Coat the fish with salt and olive oil.
Then, sprinkle the chopped parsley, garlics, onions.
Squeeze a few drops of lemon. Not too much.
Lastly, a pinch of pepper will be nice.
Cover the fish with aluminum foil to keep the moisture of the fish.
Put the pan into the oven with 250 degree for 30 minutes.
That’s it!
Simple and nice!

This is the duck tour provided by one of the local travel agent in London. What so special about this tour? 1stly, they use the car/bus that can drive on Land and swim in river. It is good for those who wish to see the London view via the Thames river. It is like a combo, where you can see on land and river. Unlike others only offer land tour or river tour. The bad thing about this car is that, it don’t have air conditional, so you will feel hot during the tour.
